Which should I pick?
If you plan to keep using Stow, the one-time purchase is the better deal — you pay once and it’s yours. The subscription exists for anyone who’d rather spread the cost or only needs Plus while packing for a move.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid but Plus isn’t showing.
Open the You tab and tap Restore purchases, signed into the same Apple Account you bought with. Still stuck? Get in touch.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Tell us what went wrong and we’ll help where we can.
Does Plus cover my other devices?
Yes — Plus follows your Apple Account, so it unlocks on any iPhone signed into it.
